In this respect, Afrox has upgraded customer services for ease-of-use, like our Online Account Application service, catering for new accounts, changes in customer information (delivery points, etc), and changes in credit limits or terms.

Currently, our DIFOT is running at 82.6% of orders and we are striving to better even that figure. Afrox is the largest gases and welding products company in Africa and our distribution footprint is such that we can deliver value adding products and services virtually anywhere in Southern Africa, at prices that reflect sustainable quality and reliability.
